PS Vita will not support Game Archives at launch

Sony has confirmed that early buyers, via a Q&A, that the PlayStation Vita will not support Game Archives. Game Archives refers to the PsOne Classics and TurboGrafx-16 collection available on the PlayStation Network. Andriasang has provided the following translations:
